These terms apply when a parent or guardian creates a student account, books a class, or buys a learning plan. The longer site terms remain at Terms of Service.
Accounts
The parent keeps the login safe and gives accurate information about the child.
Classes and recordings
Live classes may be recorded for safety, quality assurance, and parent review, as described in the Student Privacy and Recording Policy.
Plans
Paid plans add lesson credits. A free plan, when offered, follows the booking limits shown in the student portal. Prices are confirmed at PayMongo checkout.
Safety
A teacher may pause a class and alert RemoEd if there is a technical failure, an unaccompanied young child, or a safety concern. RemoEd staff may join to observe or end that session.
