By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using RemoEdPH services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Who we are
RemoEdPH provides live online English lessons for young learners (primarily ages 3–6), delivered by independent teachers through our platform. Contact: support@remoedph.com.
2. Accounts & eligibility
- Parent/guardian accounts must be created by an adult who can enter into a binding agreement.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- Student profiles are managed by the parent/guardian and should use accurate information.
3. Classes, bookings & credits
- Lesson credits, plan validity, and class duration follow the plan you purchase.
- Bookings are subject to teacher availability and RemoEdPH scheduling rules.
- Cancellations, reschedules, and absences may follow platform policies communicated in-product or by support.
4. Payments
- Fees are charged through our approved payment partners (such as PayMongo) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may be shown in USD with PHP estimates; the charged amount follows the checkout confirmation.
- Refund eligibility depends on the plan terms and applicable law; contact support for requests.
5. Acceptable use
- Use the classroom and messaging tools respectfully and only for learning purposes.
- Do not harass teachers or staff, share illegal content, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Recording classes without RemoEdPH authorization is not allowed.
6. Intellectual property
Curriculum materials, branding, software, and lesson content remain RemoEdPH property (or our licensors’). You may use them only for enrolled learning sessions and may not copy or redistribute them.
7. Disclaimers
We aim for reliable live classes, but internet conditions, device issues, or third-party outages can affect quality. Learning outcomes vary by child engagement and practice outside class.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RemoEdPH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the affected plan or class package.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. Material changes may also be announced by email or on the website.
