- Account details: parent/guardian name, email, username, and password (stored securely).
- Student details: child’s name or nickname, age/level information, and learning progress.
- Booking & payment data: class schedules, plan purchases, and payment references from our payment partner.
- Technical data: device/browser information and basic usage logs needed to run and secure the service.
- Communications: messages you send to support or through in-platform channels.
2. How we use information
- To create accounts, deliver classes, and manage bookings and credits.
- To process payments and send receipts or service notices.
- To improve teaching quality, curriculum placement, and platform reliability.
- To respond to support requests and protect against fraud or abuse.
3. Children’s privacy
RemoEdPH serves young learners. Parent/guardian consent is required for enrollment. Teachers and staff must not share student photos, recordings, or personal details outside authorized RemoEdPH tools. Classroom recordings (when enabled for quality assurance) are handled under internal access controls and retention rules.
4. Sharing
- We share information with teachers only as needed to conduct booked classes.
- Payment processors receive data required to complete checkout.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We may disclose information if required by law or to protect safety and platform integrity.
5. Storage & security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal data. No online system is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password and keep it private.
6. Your choices
- You may update account profile details in the student portal where available.
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting support, subject to legal and operational requirements (for example, payment records).
7. Cookies & local storage
We use cookies or similar storage for login sessions, language preference, and basic site functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if they are disabled.
